Engineering, Automation Experience and Other: Mechanical Engineer Degree (BS) with critical and relevant hands-on experience, TJ has worked for years and learned to hone his machining, fabrication, welding, and design skills. While at Western New England University, he was the individual in his workgroup able to go from prints to real world application with an excellent understanding of what needed to be done on a project to make it successful. He earned the award for excellence in the mechanical engineering lab. He also has extensive welding experience with strength and materials knowledge. TJ served as an important “go to” person repairing and maintaining production machinery before becoming a mechanical engineer. Full-Time Engineer and Design Experience: Since 2016 TJ has been a Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer at Dexter Russell, Inc. He served as the primary person for the design and implementation of several automation projects in the manufacturing facility. TJ has completed various training classes required for implementing new automation technology at Dexter Russell, Inc.
